Fall Recreational League

Northwoods United Soccer Club’s rec league soccer program is a summer/fall season that is open to all players

from ages 4 to 8th grade (14). It is NOT available for anyone entering into High School regardless of age. It is mostly

an inhouse league with some older age groups traveling to surrounding areas for games. U6 to U10 tend to play

at AVW School on Saturdays, while U12 to U14 ages can play weekdays and Saturdays. These divisions could

play in the Eagle River, Rhinelander or possibly in the Wausau area. Every player plays in our rec soccer

league, with a strong focus on skill improvement, technical and tactical awareness and a better understand of the

game. While this is a recreational league, there are still competitive aspects of the game even in the rec league

play. Rec soccer tends to start on the 2nd or 3rd week of July and runs to the 1st or 2nd weekend of October.
